Iram Taylor

Iram joined The Strong Firm in 2025 as a Staff Attorney. She brings over 20 years of diverse legal and business experience with a strong background in employment law, corporate ethics and compliance, internal investigations, and business operations. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, having served as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, Assistant General Counsel for the University of Houston System, and Manager of a global ethics and compliance program for a large oil and gas company.

In addition to her legal roles, Iram co-owned and managed a family construction business, where she oversaw day-to-day operations, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Her well-rounded experience enables her to offer clients practical and strategic legal solutions.

A long-time resident of The Woodlands, Iram has lived in the area with her spouse and children for the past 18 years and is actively involved in community and civic organizations.
